What is Karma®?
Karma: An Efficient, Minimally-Disruptive Solution for Degenerative Spondylolisthesis
- Circumferential PEEK bands immobilize and compress the facet joints to facilitate fusion
- Metal-free, minimally-disruptive fixation
- Provides spinal stabilization
- Efficient implant preparation and insertion technique

Revolutionizing the Standard of Care in Spinal Fixation
Karma
- Leverages the dense cortical bone of the posterior elements (Lamina, IAP, SAP, and Pedicle)5
- Equivalent biomechanical stability to pedicle screws6
- Preserves the facet joint and reduces the potential for adjacent level disruption

Karma Procedure
The Karma Posterior Fixation System is a metal-free, minimally-disruptive fixation device used as an adjunct to fusion. Karma is a circumferential PEEK band that immobilizes and compresses the facet joint to facilitate fusion. Karma ensures efficient implant preparation and insertion through a proprietary drill that creates a precise tunnel within the dense cortico-pedicular bone of the posterior elements.
